LPS Innovative Technology is providing a tech help hub at the Education Services Center (5776 S. Crocker St.) to assist families with any technology issues that arise during the district’s temporary switch to remote learning.
Help desk staff is available virtually from 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Hours on Wednesdays are from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. LPS techs will use this virtual system to provide remote support.
If remote support is not adequate to solve the issue, please use the ticket system to schedule a service appointment. In most cases, families will be in and out of the ESC service center in under five minutes.
