On October 24th, Littleton High School will be holding information sessions about the Early High School @ LHS program, offering accelerated studies for high-achieving 8th graders. The program is a unique, year-long, full-day program on the LHS campus and is open to in-district and out-of-district students.
The program is designed for 8th graders who are socially and academically ready for a greater challenge and want the opportunity to become full-time students at Littleton High School. Students take a combination of 8th grade and high school classes, completing academic prerequisites earlier and making room for more choices later in high school. The program allows students more flexibility as they pursue the academic pathway of their choice -- International Baccalaureate (IB), Advanced Placement (AP), concurrent enrollment courses, STEM or Career/Technical Education courses.
Current 7th graders and their parents are invited to sign up online to attend information meetings scheduled for Wednesday, October 24 at 8:45AM and 7:30PM at Littleton High School. The application process will be explained and available after this date.
