Governor Polis enjoyed a good book with East Elementary School students in the school's library this morning as part of his visit in celebration of National School Breakfast Day. Governor Polis visited several classrooms and talked with school leaders about the importance of free, full-day kindergarten to Littleton Public Schools' youngest learners. Currently, the state of Colorado only funds half-day kindergarten.
