Purpose
The purpose of the Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC) shall be to become familiar with the 2018 bond program and project list, monitor the progress of the improvements being made, and report the status of the program to the Board of Education on a quarterly basis.
The responsibilities of the CBOC shall be to:
Membership
The CBOC shall be comprised of five to eight voluntary representative members of the Littleton Public Schools community. It is expected that members will present a broad background of interests, including, but not limited to, financial management, information technology, development/construction, architecture/engineering, and facility operations. The committee will also have one representative from the district and one representative from the program management team to act in an advisory capacity.
The superintendent will appoint, replace, or remove committee members as needed upon recommendation of the chief financial officer.
The committee will sunset following the completion of bond projects.
