At Powell, we embrace the use of technology in the classroom, and at home, to support learning and enhance the educational experience.  As such, we utilize various forms of technology throughout our school day; from the tv monitors used for daily announcements and updates to the smart boards teachers utilize in class, to the Chromebooks issued to each student at the beginning of the school year. Using technology extends from the classroom to the home, when students bring their Chromebooks home to complete assignments, check their teacher's websites, or log on to Infinite Campus to check their grades.

The Chromebook Initiative began in LPS during the 2015-16 school year.  More information about this program can be found by following these links:
