After carefully monitoring the forecast for extremely low temperatures in the early morning hours, the decision was made to have a two-hour delayed start for all LPS schools on Tuesday, January 21, 2025. The forecasted temperatures improve as the day progresses. / 2 HORAS DE RETRASO EN EL COMIENZO - TODAS LAS ESCUELAS DE LPS. Después de supervisar cuidadosamente el pronóstico de temperaturas extremadamente bajas durante las primeras horas de la mañana, se tomó la decisión de retrasar dos horas el comienzo de todas las escuelas de LPS el martes 21 de enero de 2025. Las temperaturas pronosticadas mejorarán durante el curso del día.

Immunizations & Medical Information

Immunization records must be on file for all students. Incoming 6th Graders (and new 7th and 8th) need to submit the most recent immunization record to the Health Office.

Colorado law requires all students attending Colorado schools and licensed child cares to be vaccinated against certain diseases unless a medical or non-medical exemption is filed. For more information about vaccine requirements, resources, and exemptions, please visit the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment’s School Immunization page.

Does your student need medications administered at school? In order to administer medications to students at school, the Parent/Guardian Authorization to Administer Medications at School must be completed and signed by the parent/guardian and your child's physician's office.
