Please complete the district 2023-2024 Annual Family Check-In through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal before the start of our school year.
- To complete this step, a parent from the Primary Household must log in to the Campus Portal. CLICK HERE for the Infinite Campus Family Portal.
- If you have forgotten your username/password or do not have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal account, contact our front office at 303-347-7950 * You may not use your child's student login to Infinite Campus Portal for this process.
- Once logged in, the link to complete the Annual Family Check-in is located on the left-hand side under 'More'. Click on 'Annual Family Check-in'.
- As part of the Annual Family Check-in process, parents will verify, update, or complete information about every member of their household including students at other LPS schools (if applicable). This means parents can complete registration for all their children at one time. Parents will also complete a series of permissions (media release, field trip permission, military release, etc.) and provide information traditionally listed on a student's emergency card (physician, emergency contacts, health issues, etc.).
- We recommend allowing your email address to be shared with our PTO. The PTO creates and distributes a monthly newsletter that is full of information about upcoming events at Powell. This newsletter is our school's primary means of communicating about school happenings. As you complete the family check-in process you will have the opportunity to give this permission when you are asked about media releases and field trip permissions.
