TMF or Tuesday Morning Fitness Club is a time for students and staff to:
 
1.. Make up a missed WOW (workout of the week).
2. Get in better shape for your own health and/or to help out with your current athletic conditioning program!
 
No matter the reason you are here,  TMF can start your morning off right and get you in the right frame of mind for a great day!
 
No sign up is needed. Just show up ready to go, or change out in the locker room if needed. EVERY TUESDAY MORNING...8:00 -  8:45. Be there or be square!
