Chromebook Information & One-to-One Responsible Use Agreement
Dear Parents,
There is a 1:1 Technology form that needed to be filled in during Family Check-in. Some of you may have missed it and in order for your child to take home a chromebook, we need your permission.
Please see the attached form, fill it out and have your student return right away to their CORE+ Teacher.
After you read and agree to the contract, you will see the 4th page that should be signed and returned to school.
