The Highland Elementary gymnasium was full of science experiments on March 2nd for the school's K-5 Science Fair. More than 80 students participated in the event, exhibiting their science projects with elaborate displays. Each experiment was reviewed and judged by Senior Citizen Tax Rebate Program volunteers Ed Miller, Dr. Hank Fisher and Chuck Graham. With the judges assigned to different grade levels, each student scientist got to meet with a judge one-on-one to explain their project and share what they learned from their experiment.
