In celebration of a banner fundraising year, Littleton Public Schools Foundation Executive Director Beth Best (center) presents LPS Superintendent Brian Ewert and LPS Deputy Superintendent Connie Bouwman with a check for $408,000, which represents the amount raised for LPS during the 2015-2016 school year. These funds support classroom teacher grants and various high quality education programs. Most notably, the Foundation was able to donate the last portion of funding for STEM centers at all four LPS middle schools. Additionally, funding for mental health interventions was provided to help students build resiliency and positive mental health at school. Funding also helps connect families with mental health experts in the community. Thank you, LPS Foundation!
