Hopkins Elementary School launched its new Little Free Library on May 14th. The library is located just outside the main entrance at Hopkins and is part of a worldwide movement to support literacy. At Hopkins, each child chose a book to read at home and is encouraged to return it, or another book, to the new library. The Little Free Library has a simple rule - leave a book, take a book. The goal is that students will use the library often and read, read, read! The Little Free Library will be open all summer so stop by often to leave a book, take a book and enjoy. A big thanks to everyone who helped to make this happen!
