Wilder Principal Receives CCIRA’s Fannie Stabenow Award

Wilder Elementary School Principal Susan Dalton received the Fannie Stabenow Award from the Colorado Council of the International Reading Association (CCIRA). The award is given to a CCIRA member who has made significant contributions to the organization.

Susan was CCIRA president in 2001/2002 and chaired the state reading conference in February 2001. About 4,000 people attended the 2001 conference that Susan chaired. Susan has held other positions over the 20 plus years that she has been involved in CCIRA.
