Tech Help Hub at Education Services Center

LPS Innovative Technology is providing a tech help hub at the Education Services Center (5776 S. Crocker St.) to assist families with any technology issues that arise during the district’s temporary switch to remote learning.

  • Help desk staff is available virtually from 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Hours on Wednesdays are from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. LPS techs will use this virtual system to provide remote support.

  • If remote support is not adequate to solve the issue, please use the ticket system to schedule a service appointment. In most cases, families will be in and out of the ESC service center in under five minutes.
