According to a new 2020 Niche compilation published in the Denver Business Journal, Arapahoe High School and Heritage High School ranked #15 and #22 respectively among the top 25 public high schools in Denver.
Arapahoe also ranked #22 among Best Colorado High Schools for STEM.
The survey also ranked Wilder Elementary at #4 and Centennial Academy of Fine Arts Education at #22 among the top 25 public grade schools in Denver.
The Niche survey is based on multiple factors including academics, culture and diversity, college readiness, resources and facilities, teachers and parent/student surveys. Headquartered in Pittsburgh , Niche compiles its ranking of public high schools based on rigorous analysis of academic and student life data from the U.S. Department of Education along with test scores, college data and ratings collected from millions of Niche users. The same methodology is used to produce the Overall Niche Grade for each ranked school as well as additional schools. Statistics obtained from the U.S. Department of Education represent the most recent data available, as self-reported by the schools.
