Colorado Technology Student Association Leadership Conference

The Colorado Technology Student Association had their State Conference on February 23–25, 2023 at the DTC Marriott. This organization’s mission is to prepare members “to foster personal growth, leadership, and opportunities in engineering and technology.” 

Congratulations to the following Littleton Public Schools students who were recognized:

Arapahoe High School

  • 1st place in data science: Marie Viita and Addison Roswech
  • 3rd place in forensics: Taylor Karsten and Heidi Hucke

Euclid Middle School

  • 1st place in structural engineering: Owen Stricker and Luke Thomas
  • 1st place essay on technology: Teagan Wille
  • 1st place community service video: Cruz Johnson, Grayson Mirenda, and Finn Whalen
  • 2nd place community service video: Fischer Austin, Trevor Dickinson, Connor Netherton, and Noah Wallace
  • 2nd place in promotional marketing: Luke Ervin
  • 2nd place in challenging tech issues: Annie Mistead and Gretchen Gravitt
  • 3rd place in career prep: Remi Koering
  • 3rd place in leadership strategies: Remi Koering, Addy Uttley, and Tessa Tymitz
  • 3rd place chapter team: Meadow Herman, Remi Koering, Phia Stricker, Addy Uttley, Tessa Tymitz, and Teagan Wille

These students have earned a spot at the National Competition in Louisville, KY this summer!

Additional congratulations to two teams of Euclid students who won bragging rights for the next year after taking first place (Teagan Wille, Tessa Tymitz, Meadow Hermann, and Maya Savoie) and second place (Ian Preskins, Jamison Smith-Torres and Tyler Grantham) in the middle school giant Jenga competition!

Euclid Middle School’s TSA chapter, under the leadership of Mr. Evan Biddulph, also earned a bronze as a Chapter of Excellence–the only middle school in Colorado to receive this distinction!
