After carefully monitoring weather conditions and consulting with weather services, law enforcement agencies, the Colorado Department of Transportation and other school districts, the decision was made to have a two-hour delayed start for all LPS schools on Tuesday, December 10. 2 HORAS DE RETRASO EN EL COMIENZO - TODAS LAS ESCUELAS DE LPS. Delay/Closure ProceduresThe University of Northern Colorado, in partnership with Cherry Creek, Douglas County, and Littleton Public Schools, has developed an entry-level leadership program culminating with receipt of a principal license and, with nine additional hours, a Master’s Degree. This program combines the elements of intellectual pursuit with opportunities for practical application through interschool and interdistrict leadership practices. It is designed to enable a selected cohort the opportunity to develop the vision and skills necessary to secure and sustain positions of leadership at the building level. Each district is limited to 10 participants in the cohort group.
The licensure program is a two-year program. Further information is available at your school when a new cohort program is beginning.
