Next Steps

From All of Us: Welcome to LPS!

Following registration, parents are asked to do the following: 

  1. Call your child's school
    • Schedule a start date and obtain additional information for your child's first day.
      • Start dates are determined by schools.
  2. Activate your Parent Login
    • ​​When your child's registration is approved, you will receive an email to activate your Parent Login for the Infinite Campus Family Portal.
    • Your student's login will be issued by the school.
  3. Missing Documentation at Registration?
Suggestions for Obtaining Documents
  • Missing a Birth Certificate? Birth Certificates are available at the county health department or department of vital records.
  • Missing Immunizations? Call your doctor’s office to fax the information today: 303-347-4361.
  • Missing transcripts? For copies, contact the current school.

  • Families are encouraged to attend open houses and back-to-school functions.
  • Visit your school's website!
  • Contact your school's PTO to learn more about volunteering.
  • Check your Parent Login in Campus Portal
  • Sign up for important text alerts

Sign-Up for Weather & Emergency Texting

We encourage all LPS families to set their message preferences to receive a text message when weather-related or emergency decisions are made:

  1. Log in to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal
  2. Click the profile icon
  3. Click "Settings"
  4. Click "Contact Preferences"
  5. In rows "Priority" and "Emergency" select "Text (SMS)"
  6. Click "Save" at the bottom of the screen.

You can change this preference at any time. Standard text message (SMS) rates may apply.
