The National Blue Ribbons Schools award is a symbol of excellence and quality that honors America’s most successful public and private elementary, middle and high schools. Awarded through the office of the U.S. Secretary of Education, it celebrates the high academic outcomes and efforts to close the achievement gap among student subgroups. Only five Colorado schools received this award in 2019, and LPS is proud to have one of the winners!
