Learning Services is recommending the comprehensive program, Superkids by Zaner-Bloser to be adopted and implemented as the K - Grade 2 instructional resource for English language arts. This resource will support and enhance the instruction of Colorado Academic Standards, and the Littleton Public Schools Universal Literacy Framework. This recommendation comes at the conclusion of input from Elementary principals and a review and recommendation from the literacy resource task-force.

Superkids instructional resource will be on display in the foyer of the Board Room at the Education Services Center (5776 South Crocker Street, Littleton) from June 5th through June 22nd. A community information session to answer questions will be hosted in the foyer of the Board Room on June 15th from 3:00 - 5:00. The recommendation will be presented to the Board of Education for discussion on June 8.
