Student immunization records or exemption required by November 1, 2019.

Our schools are safer when we know the status of student immunizations. In accordance with state law, LIttleton Public Schools Student Support office and all schools are working hard in partnership with LPS parents to update student immunization records. Current and compliant immunization records or a current exemption must be on file with the school. Students without immunization records or an exemption will be excluded from school starting November 1, 2019. Please check our district website for more information or contact your school's school nurse consultant or health assistant with questions or to update your child's records.
