Shades of Blue is a non-profit educational organization dedicated to mentoring, tutoring, counseling, and arranging internship and employment referrals for young people who desire to pursue science, technology, engineering, arts, mathematics, design, computer languages, and world languages. 

In partnership with EPIC Campus, Shades of Blue is extending a special invitation to all students, elementary through high school-aged, to attend the Shades of Blue Airline Symposium where discussion will focus on airline industry workforce challenges. Attendees will:

• Receive information on the variety of careers available in the airline industry and learn about qualification requirements.
• Meet airline personnel for networking and potential recruiting of interested candidates on-site.
