In "Announcements" you will find important reminders and information, just like on the old website. Only now, they're more user friendly and also accessible through the Newsroom. 

"Alerts," in the case of a delay/closure or emergency, will appear very visibly across the top of the website. We will also disseminate "alerts" to you via our other channels of communication.
