Littleton Public Schools will join the nation in celebrating American Education Week (AEW), November 18-22, 2019. “Reach. Educate. Inspire.” – the AEW theme – reflects LPS’ mission that “100% of LPS students will graduate prepared for meaningful post-secondary opportunities.”
American Education Week presents all Americans with an opportunity to honor individuals who are making a difference in ensuring that every child receives a quality education. The weeklong celebration spotlights the different people who are critical in building great public schools for the nation's 50 million K-12 students.
LPS Superintendent Brian Ewert said, “It is our objective to ensure that all LPS students leave our classrooms and enter the world as well-adjusted young adults, equipped with the tools they need to be successful in a 21st century workplace.”
As a district known for its incredible educational community, LPS celebrates its role in providing quality public education. LPS would like to extend its heartfelt gratitude to all the devoted individuals who work to make this possible!
