How To Enroll

LHS Registration


Enrollment :

Enrolling your student for the 2022-23 school year

The steps are as follows:


1.  Complete an online pre-registration form*:    


           2.  Please email the Documents listed below to the Central Registrar at 

           the  Education Services Center at  districtregistrar[at][dot]us

  1. Child’s birth certificate (a copy is acceptable)
  2. Child’s immunization record (a copy is acceptable)
  3. Proof of residency (required for in-district enrollment)
  4. Copy of Transcripts, Individual Education Program (IEP), 504 Plan, Advanced Learning Plan (ALP), if applicable
  5. Open enrollment acceptance letter (if applicable)
  6. Parent identification (driver’s license, state ID, etc.)
  7. Records Release Request Form (can be completed while meeting with the Central Registrar)

In order to process Non-resident Enrollment Requests and In-District Transfers, you will need to submit the above appropriate application as well as a current copy of the following documentation:

  1. Signed/Dated “Open Enrollment Agreement”

  2. Current attendance record and prior school year attendance record
  3. Current discipline record
  4. Current grades from this school year (6 weeks,12 weeks, or semester)
  5. Final report card for the entire prior school year
  6. District and/or state assessment scores (MAPS, CMAS, ITBS, etc)
  7. A copy of your student’s Individual Education Plan (IEP) or 504 Plan if applicable

Once applications are received, those accompanied by an IEP or a 504 Plan will need to be approved by our Director of Student Support Services.  This additional step means that extra time will be needed to process your application.  Please be aware that if you do not provide this documentation with your initial application, your application will be slowed considerably.  We ask your patience as this paperwork is reviewed.

SENIORS:  If you wish to open enroll for your senior year, you must also provide a complete transcript for all years of high school.  You will be required to meet with a counselor and school administrator as part of the application process.
It is your responsibility to provide these documents.  Only complete applications will be accepted. A decision will not be made without your current grades.  Return completed applications in person to our counseling office or

Littleton High School has teamed up with Way to Go to offer Schoolpool, a district-approved, safe carpool matching service.  This program will connect neighboring families who may be a good fit for Schoolpool, who can then drive, walk, or bike to school together.  We hope it meets your needs!  This is a first for us and the district, so we welcome your feedback.
