Littleton High School Girls’ Varsity Soccer Team has received two awards from United Soccer Coaches (formerly the NSCAA) for the 2017-2018 academic year. The Team Academic Award is awarded to teams with a composite grade point average of at least 3.25. Littleton is one of only seven schools in Colorado to receive this honor. Their combined GPA was 4.16!

This is the 20th straight year that the Littleton High School Girls’ Soccer program has received this award — a streak that leads the nation and which started before any of the Lions’ current players were born!

The second award is the “Team Ethics and Sportsmanship Award” which recognizes teams that exhibit fair play, sporting behavior, and adherence to the laws of the game. Littleton received the Gold Award.  The Lions play in the 4A Jeffco League and advanced to the Elite Eight of the 4A State Championship last season. Congratulations, Lions!
