The Counseling Department would like to send a big thank you to everyone who helped out with the Thanksgiving food baskets. Everyone really came together as a team to help provide a full Thanksgiving meal, as well as additional food for the entire week for students and families in need. Without your donations and support, none of it would have been possible.
Also, the Counseling Department will be helping students and families in need during the winter holidays by providing families with gift cards with the intention to purchase food or gifts for the winter holidays. Ideally, gift cards can be to Target or Wal-Mart.
If you know of any student and their family who is in need for the winter holiday please contact Josh Hahn at jhahn[at]lps.k12.co[dot]us no later than December 15, 2017. If you would like to make a donation please bring gift cards (please indicate the dollar amount for each card) to the Counseling Department no later than by December 15, 2017. Thank you!
