Rocky Mountain Community Church - Thanksgiving Outreach
Rocky Mountain Community Church provides free Thanksgiving food packages to families in need. Each package includes enough groceries to prepare a complete Thanksgiving meal for the recipient's entire family, including a $10 grocery store gift card for the purchase of a turkey. Packages will be delivered to the recipients home on Sunday, November 19th.
If you are interested in receiving (or nominating somebody else to receive) a food package, please complete and return this form by Monday, November 13th.
