We would like to thank Heather Mantel and the entire 5th grade continuation committee for all their hard work, time and effort in making the last few days at Lenski so memorable and fun for all of our 5th graders!  
 
We would like to give a special shout out and say a huge THANK YOU to Jen Gruidel who has been our communications guru for the better part of the last decade! She has done an amazing job in getting out all the LWA's each week (often times working into the wee hours of the morning waiting on information to come in), sending important blasts (sometimes with just a few hours heads up) when necessary, developing and making packets of information, and much more! We just can't thank her enough for all the blood, sweat (and probably tears) she has given to ensure the Lenski community is well informed and "in-the-know"! Thank you so much for your dedication and commitment to the PTO and Lenski as a whole. Jeni Anderson, our social media expert, has graciously offered to take up the reigns next year and we look forward to working together!
 
Thank you again to all our wonderful PTO members, parents and staff for working so hard to make this year such a success! We hope everyone has a wonderful happy, healthy and safe summer and we look forward to seeing you next year!

On behalf of the PTO, we want to say THANK YOU to all Lenski Teachers and Staff for going above and beyond with our students last week. We know it has been a difficult and trying few days (and weeks really) and we greatly appreciate everyone going above and beyond to make our students feel safe and cared for in these difficult and trying times.  We love you and can't thank you enough for doing all you do for our kiddos!  
 
We want to give a huge shout out to Suzette Loving for orchestrating a very successful golf tournament at South Suburban Golf Course on Friday, May 10th. All proceeds went to support the Lenski Techonology Fund. The weather held, it was a great afternoon/evening, we raised a lot of money for a great cause and, most importantly, it was a lot of fun!
 
Thank you to all of our sponsors, volunteers and golfers! It wouldn't have been so successful if not for all of your support! Congratulations to all the winners!
 
We would like give a big shout out to Caroline Lesem for her amazing job organizing yearbooks this year! She worked tirelessly to make sure deadlines were met, pictures were in and organized so that everyone could have special memories from the 2018-2019 school year! Thank you so much Caroline! Caroline and the PTO would like to thank Tina Kurtenbach, Vanessa Huston and Leona Tanner for all of their hard work gathering photos and putting together photo spreads. Also, we would like to thank Coach Wilson, Mrs. Gregory and Mrs. Broussely for providing so many great photos of the kids in action! 
 
Thank you to Sarah D'Orvilliers and all the volunteers that helped set up for field day. It was a great day and the kids had so much fun!

PTO Thank Yous and Shout Outs!
 
We would like to thank Kristin Morris and Kelly Harrison for collecting, cutting out and counting all the Box Tops for our spring Box Top contest. 
 
We would also like to thank everyone who volunteered this year for PTO events! We had such a great year and it wouldn't have been possible without all of our amazing parents that chip in and volunteer. We thank you and appreciate everything everyone does to make Lenski such an amazing school!

We would like to say thank you to Julie Purchase for coordinating the blood donation mobile for Children's Hospital on Friday, April 19th. Thank you to all that donated snacks and drinks and especially all those that donated blood to help kiddos in need.
 
The PTO would like to say "Thank You, Merci, Gracias, Danke, Gratzie" to Margie Bradley and Sarah Browning for putting on a wonderful teacher appreciation week last week! The theme was "Teachers Make a World of Difference" and they did a phenomenal job decorating the school and planning something special everyday to ensure that the teachers and staff felt appreciated, loved and cared for!
