Our kids are trying to figure out what they think about the pandemic, Black Lives Matter, protests, political elections and more. It is easy for anyone to get into a heated argument, and right now many of those are happening in the virtual world via social media and videos. It is more important than ever to remind ourselves and our kids how to be thoughtful about the way we talk with others. For tips, see this helpful guide on Promoting Civil Discourse. See the LPS website for more information on Talking about Tough Topics.
