Please complete this form for each of your children that attend Lenski. This information will help us order the correct sizes of Fund Run t-shirts. Also, the PTO will be hosting a Lenski Fund Run celebration on the evening of Friday, September 28th, from 5-8pm. We will also be using this information to make sure we have an idea of which families are planning to participate that night.
