Because we want all of our families to feel safe and comfortable at our school’s events, we have decided to postpone our annual Bingo night in response to recent coronavirus developments. We are currently planning to reschedule this event for Friday, April 10 at 5:30. We sincerely hope this date works for everyone who was planning to attend.
 
If you are already registered and would like to join us on April 10, no worries at all! We will move your payments, forms and drawing entries for the new date.
 
If you already registered and CANNOT attend on April 10, there are two options available:
 
Because this is one of our biggest annual fundraisers, you can consider making your payment a donation. Please let us know at lenskibingo[at]gmail[dot]com. 
 
You may also request a refund by contacting Sara Bechtold at lenskibingo[at]gmail[dot]com or 720-448-4409 to discuss the best way to return your checks and/or cash.
 
If you have not yet registered, please hold off for now. We will send out a reminder and link to the forms as the April 10 date approaches.

Family Bingo Night is Friday March 13th!

Lenski PTO invites you to the 2020 BINGO NIGHT! Please join us on Friday, March 13th starting at 5:30 pm for a fun-filled night of bingo games with cash prizes, exciting drawings, pizza & concessions and overall merriment with friends and family!! If you didn't see the flier in your kid's backpack, please download it HERE. We HIGHLY encourage you to pre-pay for the bingo cards, pizza, and drawing prizes as the lines get long on Bingo Night. 

 

 

PTO has several Volunteer and Donation opportunities available for you to contribute easily to this fun event. Please 

 

Please Sign Up to donate concession items and / or help on March 13th.

 

If you did not receive a packet in your child's folder or it has been misplaced you can download it here.

Please note, all Bingo funds must be paid in a separate check or cash. Drawing entries and Pizza can be purchased with a second check or you can sign up and pay electronically using this link: Jotform for Drawings and Pizza.

5:30 – 6:00 pm    

Pick-up pre-paid packets or walk-in admission and enjoy a few slices of pizza and other concessions

6:00 – 8:00 pm    

  • Series of 5 bingo games with total payout of $700.00. 

  • Drawings for exciting prizes between bingo games.  See next page for description of drawings and indicate the number of tickets per drawing package!!

This annual event is very popular, so we HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase bingo sheets and tickets for food and the drawings in advance.  This helps us to plan how many people we need to accommodate.

If you get your order in by Wednesday, March 11th, then you will benefit from having your tickets pre-populated and not waiting in line or writing out your tickets yourself!  What a time-saver! And it will save you some $ too!!
