Instrument Screening Night

 

Dear Parents,

 

    To help you and your child become familiar with musical instruments, the middle schools listed below will be holding instrument screening sessions. These sessions, open to all incoming sixth grade students, will be offered on the following dates:

 

Newton Middle School:        Tuesday, April 4, 2017         6:00 – 7:30 P.M.

Goddard Middle School:     Tuesday, April 4, 2017              6:00 – 7:30 P.M.

Euclid Middle School:          Wednesday, April 5, 2017       6:00 – 7:30 P.M.

Powell Middle School:        Wednesday, April 5, 2017         6:00 – 7:30 P.M.

 

At these sessions, students will be able to try out different band and orchestra instruments. This evening is provided at no cost to the student. Students are encouraged to attend the screening at the middle school they will attend, but can attend any of them. The screenings are provided as an opportunity for students to try out several instruments, in order to make the best selection for their music class.
