8th grade students are taught by Mrs. Duran and 7th grade students are taught by Mrs. Lunn as an exploratory. Students will promote and manage the Every Student a Leader school wide initiative. Students in this class will distribute certificates, present Falcon Feathers and create the end of semester leadership celebration for the school. Students will be challenged to lead in small teams and to be effective leaders and followers. Classroom lessons will focus on developing your own leadership potential and leadership habits that include personal habits of: Get Involved, Begin with the End in Mind, The Choice is Yours, and Put First Things First.

Priority admission to this class will be given to those students who have demonstrated active involvement in the Every Student a Leader initiative by earning Falcon Feathers.
