Dear Centennial Academy of Fine Arts Community,
My name is Kloe Cauble, and I am excited for my 4th year as the assistant principal at Centennial! I have loved the connections I have made with current families and can’t wait to meet any families that are joining us for the first time in the 24-25 school year.
I was born and raised in Littleton and attended LPS schools myself! I went through Wilder, Goddard, and Heritage and in my years at Heritage decided that I wanted to teach. From there I went on to attend McDaniel College in Westminster Maryland, a decision that was fueled primarily by playing collegiate-level volleyball. During my time there I grew to love leadership and guiding others towards success. I received my degree in psychology with minors in elementary education and Spanish.
I then went on to teach third grade in Sheridan School District at Fort Logan Northgate 3-8 School. I learned so much in my time there about the importance of relationships. Sheridan services a community of primarily low income families and Spanish-speaking families. I recognized that students needed to know that I care for them and that they can trust me prior to following my expectations. I loved getting to know each child on a personal level and felt even more connected to my students when I developed relationships with their family members.
My passions in leadership continued to grow through the many opportunities I had in Sheridan to be a lead teacher on various building and district-level committees. I received my masters in Leadership for Educational Organizations with a K-12 Principal License from University of Colorado Denver and began pursuing jobs in administration.
I was eager to get back in LPS as I experienced firsthand as a student how great staff are at making the schools feel like home for both students and families! I can remember the majority of my teachers and principals by name and have so many positive memories of my schooling. I also can name all of my classmates and felt connected with my peers through all of the school events and activities. My goal is to do the same for your child and help to make Centennial a place that they love coming to each day and a place where they know they are valued and cared for.
In my free time, my husband, Rhett, and I work on renovating our home in Englewood. We also love taking our energetic dogs, Lilo & Pebbles, to play at nearby parks! We are lucky to be surrounded by family and spend tons of time with them on the weekends.
I can’t wait to continue to work with each of you this school year and get to know our new families. I will be greeting those of you that I know and making sure to introduce myself to all that are new at Centennial. I am looking forward to another fun year with all of you!
Sincerely,
Kloe Cauble
