Report Cards will only be available via the parent portal. Select your student at the top. Go to “Reports” on the left side and click on “Trimester 3 Report Card.”  In July, the calendar will change to the 2018-19 school year, so any information regarding 2017-2018 will no longer be available. Should you need to access your student’s grades after that date, you can access them through the transcript. On July 10, you can preview your student’s teacher for next year and pay fees online if you wish.

 

The 2018-19 Annual Family Check-in is a link on the lower left side of the portal. It is very important that you complete this check-in process during the summer to verify, update, or change information for your student(s). The Annual Family Check-in is the only way we will have accurate information for your student(s). Please note that the “self-serve” portion of the portal (which is how you currently complete any changes for your student(s)) will not be available while annual family check-in is open. All changes are made through the check-in process. Self-serve will return in mid-September. The annual family check-in is available only for the primary household. Parents who may be listed as a secondary household will need to wait for the self-serve option to return in September to make any changes.  Should you have a change of an urgent nature, please contact the office for assistance.
