Families who may want to open enroll to Littleton Public Schools will want to be aware of this change. In an effort to better serve families, LPS now offers two open enrollment windows. All qualified students who apply within an open enrollment window will be part of a random drawing for acceptance, following district enrollment guidelines.  This means families will have several weeks to turn in open enrollment applications for a random drawing of qualified students. Open enrollment applications must be turned in to each requested school. Please see Megan Nordlander in the office to help you with required forms.

LPS Open Enrollment Windows

  • Enrollment Window One begins October 1 and ends November 15. 
  • Enrollment Window Two begins November 16 and ends the first Friday following winter break. 
  • Because preschool and kindergarten registration does not take place until January, families will be notified of open enrollment acceptance by the end of January.
