Littleton Preparatory Governing Board

The role of the Littleton Prep Governing Board is to uphold the mission, vision, and policies of the school as well as oversight of financial matters. The Governing Board is comprised of 5 parent volunteers who serve the school in 3 year terms. They generally hold their regular meetings on the third Thursday of every month at 6:00 pm at the school. Parents are invited to attend the meetings and are welcome to request agenda items for these meetings or to participate in the public comment agenda item of any meeting. Chris Hillary - President
Chris Hillary is originally from New Jersey and graduated from Rutgers University with a history major. Chris moved to the Denver area in 2001 and has an MBA from the University of Colorado. Chris has worked in finance since graduating from college and currently manages investments at his firm Roubaix Capital. Chris and his wife Lauren have two sons attending Littleton Prep and a young daughter. Chris and his family enjoy cycling, skiing and playing tennis together and are excited to be active members of the LPCS community.

J.D. McCrumb - Vice President
J.D. McCrumb is a Littleton native and proud product of Littleton Public Schools. After earning a degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Montana State University, JD pursued a career in nonprofit and public service and currently serves as the Town Administrator for Columbine Valley, Colorado.In addition to that role, J.D. is active on two non-profit boards, the Town Hall Arts Center in Littleton and the Governor’s Residence Preservation Fund in Denver. Prior to joining the LPCS Governing Board, J.D. contributed to the LPCS Accountability Committee. With his wife Briana and two daughters, J.D. spends free time attending theater and concerts, traveling and meals with friends.

Chris Sanders - Treasurer
Chris Sanders was born and raised in Wisconsin and received a degree from University Wisconsin- Stout in Business Administration.  I moved to Colorado after accepting a job promotion with Kohl’s Department.  My husband, Gary and I enjoy watching our children in various sports programs, hiking, and watching the Broncos. Prior to being elected to the Governing Board, served two and half years on the POPS Board.

Robert Franklin - Secretary
Robert Franklin, II is a Denverite, born and bred. A military brat, Robert has lived in Neu-Ulm, Germany, several Denver neighborhoods, Colorado Springs, and Aurora currently.  Robert graduated from George Washington High School in Denver, began his college career at Colorado College, and finished at both Metro State and University of Colorado, with a Social Studies teaching license and Masters in Non-Profit Management.  Robert has been in the Youth Development field for 17 years, serving with Denver Parks and Recreation, and Public Schools, Colorado State University and now works to improve the lives of children through initiatives and programs at Children's Hospital Colorado. Robert and his family, Melissa, Makayla and Nacir all love to travel.  Together, they’ve visited over a dozen locales: states, islands and countries!  Prior to being elected to the Governing Board in 2017, Robert has served the Littleton Preparatory Community as a volunteer basketball coach, WatchD.O.G., resident DJ, and 4-H Chicken Nugget 101 Leader.

Adrian Davis - Member at Large
Hello! My name is Adrian Davis and this is my family's 5th year at LPCS. I was born and raised in Oklahoma and am a life-long Sooner fan! I moved to Texas after graduating high school.  I became a nurse, got married, and had 3 girls. I have been a nurse for 12 years and am currently working in the operating room. Our family moved to Colorado 6 years ago and we have loved it ever since. My hobbies include getting our 3 kids to all their activities including dance, basketball, and gymnastics. I also enjoy hiking, dancing, and cross-country skiing. Our family loves LPCS and it is my privilege to serve as a board member.
