Littleton Preparatory does not have a salary schedule nor written salary policies.  The principal is responsible for determining individual salaries and performance pay for teachers and administrative staff. The Governing Board determines the salary for the principal.

District Informational Summary
Littleton Public Schools is organized and focused to meet the needs of 15,404 students and manage 27 schools and programs. The district’s financial management must be carefully crafted in a manner to achieve its primary goal to educate students for the future by challenging every individual to continuously learn, achieve, and act with purpose and compassion.
 
Littleton Public Schools is the eighteenth largest district in Colorado in terms of enrollment and the third largest in Arapahoe County. The district services an area of approximately 28 square miles in Western Arapahoe County, in the southern portion of the Denver metropolitan area. It currently employs nearly 1,600 teachers, education support professionals, administrators, and operations and maintenance personnel.
 
Littleton Public Schools currently facilitates a Financial Advisory Committee (FAC)   which represents the needs of, and serves as a link between, staff, community, the superintendent, and the District Accountability Committee to bring focus to the areas of budget and finance. All meetings take place on the first Thursday of the month, October through May, at the Education Services Center.
