Learn more about the recommendation to consolidate the Twain school community with existing elementary schools and repurpose Twain after the 2021–2022 school year.

The LPS Long Range Planning Committee has scheduled a virtual town hall regarding the recommendation to consolidate the Twain school community with existing elementary schools and repurpose Twain after the 2021-2022 school year. All Twain Elementary School staff members and parents are invited to watch and participate in this virtual town hall. Staff and parents from the current Highland, Franklin, and Hopkins elementary schools are also invited to watch and participate; Twain students could combine with the current Hopkins community and the newly formed Highland/Franklin community after the 2021–2022 school year.

Hear from the Long Range Planning Committee as well as principals from Twain, Highland, Franklin, and Hopkins as they discuss details of the recommendation. Attendees can submit questions via email beforehand and during the virtual town hall. Presenters will address as many questions as time allows during the event.
