This form needs to be completed by Friday, August 25th at 12:00 pm (noon). Please look at both quarters Q1 and Q2 so we can set your schedule through the end of the fall. STUDENTS SHOULD HAVE 6 CLASSES EACH QUARTER TO BE CONSIDERED FULL TIME. Parent permission must be obtained before completing this form.
NOTE: Counselors will receive high numbers of requests and will respond in the order those are received. We will most often respond to the email you list below, so please check your email!
