After carefully monitoring weather conditions and consulting with weather services, law enforcement agencies, the Colorado Department of Transportation and other school districts, the decision was made to have a two-hour delayed start for all LPS schools on Tuesday, January 7, 2025. 2 HORAS DE RETRASO EN EL COMIENZO - TODAS LAS ESCUELAS DE LPS. I hope you had a relaxing weekend after Friday's evacuation based on the gas leak. We have received great input from our community around the positive steps we took to keep kids safe and the need for more immediate communication.
