Student Fees & Fines

2017-18
The required Student Planner Fee will be posted to student accounts in Infinite Campus on July 11. Optional fees (parking permit, yearbook, etc.) can be paid beginning July 11 as well. Click this link to view:  Check-In Fee Form 17-18.pdf. Please note: yearbooks can be ordered through August 31, 2017 at the discounted price of $65, so order as soon as possible to reserve your copy. Fall course and athletic fees will be added near the end of September. Your payment options are:

  • Credit Card - pay online using RevTrak

    VisaMastercardDiscover

  • Check - mail a check to Heritage High School or send it in with your student. Please include your student's name and ID number on the memo line of the check.

Paperless Billing
In an effort to conserve resources, Heritage High School will no longer print and mail semester bills. We are asking parents to check Infinite Campus on a regular basis to view current fees. You will be reminded in the HHS In the Know Weekly Bulletin when current fees are due, and you will receive a reminder call/e-mail if you have overdue fees.

Textbooks
Textbooks are due on dates specified by the individual teacher. A $5.00 late fee will be assessed if books are not returned during this class period. Books returned late must be taken to the Bookkeeping Office (not to the teacher) to ensure proper credit to the student's account.

If a student finds a lost textbook after paying the replacement fee, he or she may return the book to the Bookkeeping Office for a refund (minus the late fee) only up to the end of the following semester. Textbook replacement fees will not be waived nor will refunds be issued for any books returned after the cutoff date.

Keeping Fees Current
Seniors:
All outstanding fees and fines must be paid before transcripts will be released, including mid-year requests from colleges and universities. Also, all fees and fines must be paid to receive caps and gowns and participate in the graduation ceremony.

All Students:
All outstanding fees and fines must be paid to be issued a parking permit. Students wishing to attend prom must have a balance less than $100. All outstanding fees and fines must be paid to pick up their yearbooks.
