2017 LPS Summer School Information

The LPS Summer School Program is held in conjunction with Arapahoe Community College. Information and registration can be found here: LPS Summer School Brochure 2017


2017 Heritage High School Summer Office Hours:

  • Monday, May 29 - CLOSED (Memorial Day)
  • Tuesday, May 30 - OPEN 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. (Packing 1-3 p.m.)
  • Wednesday, May 31 - CLOSED (Moving to Powell Middle School)
At Powell Middle School - 8000 South Corona Way, Littleton, CO 80122:
  • Thursday, June 1 - Thursday, June 8 - OPEN 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 to 3 p.m.
  • Friday, June 9 - CLOSED

2017-2018 Annual Family Check-In

Please complete the 2017-2018 Annual Family Check-In for your student beginning at 12 p.m. on Monday, July 10, 2017. This is the same date and time parents will be able to pay fees online with a credit card using RevTrak. The deadline for completing the Annual Family Check-In is Friday, August 4, 2017. If you complete the Infinite Campus portion prior to July 10, you will not be able to pay the fees and finish the summer check-in until noon on July 10.

Please complete each of these required items in the order listed.

Step 1: Complete the Infinite Campus Annual Family Check-in.
A. Log on to your Parent Portal account. Click on the Annual Family Check-In link on the left menu bar, and click on the 2017-18 registry. *Please note that this check-in can only be accessed through a parent account and completed by a parent/guardian in the student’s primary household. You will not be able to complete the check-in through a student portal account or a parent/guardian account in the student’s secondary household.  You will be verifying the following:

  • Household demographics - please note:
    • Address changes will not be updated in Infinite Campus without a proof of residence.
      • For an in-district address change, parent may upload proof of residence.
      • Otherwise, proof of residence must be provided to the HHS registrar.
  • Emergency information and consent
  • Permission requests - including 1:1 technology (Chromebooks)
  • ​Health information

B. Once you have completed the family check in and clicked submit, return to this summer check-in page on the HHS website and complete the fees and PTO sections as follows:

Step 2: Determine your summer check-in fees by viewing or downloading the 2017-2018 fees receipt: Check-In Fee Form 17-18.pdf.  Then either complete the form and mail it along with a check to Heritage High School or pay your fees online through RevTrak.

  • If mailing a check - print the receipt, fill it in, and send it along with your check to Heritage High School, Attention: Karin Parker, 1401 West Geddes Avenue, Littleton, Colorado 80120

    • If you have multiple children at Heritage, complete one receipt for each student.  You may write one check for all fees due, but each child must have a separate receipt form.
    • ​Please write your student's name and/or ID number in the memo line of your check.
       
  • If paying online with a credit card, log into RevTrak by clicking on this link, or by using the Fees and Lunch Payment link on the HHS website, and entering your email and password.

    • Fees will be displayed for the 2017-2018 school year along with any unpaid fines/fees from previous school years.
    • You can view and pay for all your high school students at one time.
    • Also, please note that a $2 convenience fee will be assessed by RevTrak for each online payment.

Step 3:  Complete the PTO Volunteer Form by linking to this Google form. Enter all information. You will be contacted by the appropriate person based on your selections.

Additional Check-In Information:

Class Schedules - 2017-18 class schedules will be available to view on the portal on Friday, August 11. Corrections will be done on a limited basis for level placement and academic need for graduation only.

Student Photos - Photos for student IDs will be taken Monday, August 22, and Tuesday, August 23, during the school day. Life Touch Photography, the company taking the photos, will have paper order forms available on the first day of school for those wishing to purchase photos. Even if parents don't wish to purchase a package, all students, including seniors, must have their pictures taken since every student is required to have a current student ID. 

Student Parking - Parking permits that have been paid for (through Revtrak or by check) must be picked up in the Activities Office during an unscheduled period AFTER students receive their new student IDs. Ticketing of cars without parking permits will begin after Labor Day. All fees/fines must be paid in order to receive a parking permit. Additional information regarding parking policies can be found in the student handbook and/or the parking permit paperwork. Students need to bring the following five items with them to receive a parking permit:

  • Current student ID
  • Receipt of payment
  • Current car registration
  • Current proof of insurance
  • Completed and signed permit form (available on Heritage website under School Forms)

Athletic and Course Fees - Please note that athletic and course fees will be charged beginning in September. You will not pay for them during the family check-in process.

Troubleshooting Tips:

  • Use Chrome or Firefox browsers.
  • Use a PC or laptop, not a tablet or phone.
  • You cannot use the Campus Portal App to complete the Check-In.
  • ​Complete the family check-in in one sitting.
  • If you need assistance with logging into the parent portal or the check-in process, you may email Nate Ubowski, Technology Coordinator, at NUbowski[at]lps.k12.co[dot]us. (Nate will be checking his email weekly over most of the summer.)
