2023-2024 REGISTRATION INFORMATION

June 2, 2023

On June 1, 2023, EPIC Campus Students and Parents received a Welcome Letter and pathway-specific summer packets. In the welcome letter, students received information about their EPIC Campus uniform, volunteer opportunities, and yard sign/t-shirt pick up. Please email Travis Amonson at tamonson[at]lps.k12.co[dot]us if you did not receive this information.

Uniform Clarification:

  • Health Sciences students enrolled in Nurse Aide will need scrubs, proper footwear, and a watch with a second hand (see Health Sciences Summer Packet).
  • Health Sciences students enrolled in Sports Medicine, Behavioral Health, or any introductory classes should select EPIC Campus shirts (2). These students will not need specific footwear or a watch with a second hand.

April 14, 2023 Enrollment Update

An email communication was sent on April 14, 2023, to all students accepted in EPIC Campus classes regarding the 2023-2024 school year. Parents were copied on this email.

Students that registered for courses at the EPIC Campus and did not receive an email should contact the EPIC Campus at tamonson[at]lps.k12.co[dot]us or by calling 303-347-3307.

Currently, there is a waitlist for the Health Sciences and the Business and Entrepreneurship Pathways. Due to high demand, we were able to accommodate only juniors and seniors for these pathways. If a student did not get accepted to Health Sciences and/or Business and Entrepreneurship that student may request a class in another pathway by emailing tamonson[at]lps.k12.co[dot]us.

February 2023 Registration Update

LPS students will register for EPIC Campus classes during their regularly scheduled registration time at their home high school. EPIC Campus pathways will be listed along with the other classes offered at that particular high school. Each high school’s registration process differs slightly so instructions by high school are provided below.

Please know that the high school registration window closes on February 24, 2023. If a student needs to make changes after their designated registration time, changes can be made until February 24, 2023. Students will receive an email from EPIC Campus the week of February 27 prompting them to provide more information about the classes they hope to enroll in.

Students will be notified by EPIC Campus staff if they are accepted into the class they requested. If capacity is reached in a class or pathway, students will be placed on a waitlist or may wish to take a class in another pathway. Communication regarding student placement will be sent out shortly after spring break.

If you have any questions throughout this process, please email Travis Amonson at tamonson[at]lps.k12.co[dot]us or call 303-347-3350.
