Sandburg PTO provides a free, secure online school directory to Sandburg families.
This directory allows you to receive regular PTO update emails, communication from Room Parents, and to obtain contact information for Sandburg families.
The directory information is only accessible to Sandburg families.
The PTO will ONLY receive your email to include your student and family in the directory IF you provided authorization for the school to share your information during your Annual Family Check-in. You will not have access or be able to receive communications from our directory if you opt out of providing that information.
If you opt out of sharing contact information with the PTO, but now want to be included, go to: join.myschoolanywhere.com and enter code (*code not available yet for the 19-20 school year) to begin the joining process. You can expect your account to be activated by Labor Day. Last year's My School Anywhere will remain viewable over the 2019 Summer.
Families, you will be sent an email from sandburgpto[at]gmail[dot]com in early September. The email will contain a link for you to go online and confirm/update your family directory information.
Please contact us at sandburgpto[at]gmail[dot]com if you do not receive a confirmation email by Labor Day.
Please note: A confirmation email will only be sent to one parent. If you are part of a split household, only the primary household parent will get the email to confirm information. Once the information is confirmed, both parents will be able to login and utilize the directory (as long as the primary parent has added the second household and email to the directory information).
Once families have had a chance to confirm their information in the fall, an email will be sent with your temporary password for access to the directory.
This is not the directory the school will use for official or emergency contacts.
