The 2022 Kids Heart Challenge is here!!!
Parents,
We are excited to kick off the 2022 Kids Heart Challenge! With the challenges we have faced the last few years, Sandburg has been unable to participate in this event since 2019, back when it was called Jump Rope for Heart. Your student is becoming a Heart Hero by taking care of their own heart, spreading the message of the American Heart Association, and having the opportunity to donate $15 to help raise funds for lifesaving research. This is 100% voluntary, you do not have to participate in the donation. Starting April 1st and ending April 15th, any student who is able to donate $15 will receive an official Heart Challenge Jump Rope, a Heart Hero Keychain, and will have their name displayed on the "Heart Hero Bus" inside the gym. All money needs to be given to Mrs. Lotz in the main office, with checks made payable to The American Heart Association. For any questions, please email Mr. Rowe at mrowe[at]lps.k12.co[dot]us.
