The Annual Family Check-In is available on your Parent Portal account. The Annual Family Check-In asks you to:

  • Review your contact information
  • Reveiw the names & contact information for Emergency Contacts
  • Update your student's health information
  • Give permissions for your student (field trip, media, electronic communication, etc.)

You will find the link on the lower left hand side beneath the tabs. Click here to log into your Parent Portal account.
