JANUARY CHALLENGE: 
For each day you get 60 minutes of physical activity (which may be broken up into segments of time), have your parent or guardian initial and date each runner on your challenge sheet (sheets sent home in Friday Folders on January 13th OR click here to print a sheet at home). When all of the runners have been initialied, drop this form into the Wellness Challenge box located at the 
front office by January 27th.
 
Turn your completed form into the Wellness Challenge box located at the front office. All names will be entered in a drawing to win PRIZES!
