Tuesday, April 19th, Jen Oakes took a team of 4th and 5th graders to the ESC for the District Math Olympiad competition. Sandburg's 4th Grade team (Elise L., Callahan D., Drew B.) came in 3rd place out of 15 teams! They were beyond excited!
The 5th grade test was very difficult, and our team worked wonderfully together! (Holly J., Julia and Will D.) While they didn't place, they were so happy to be a part of the day and left with big smiles on their faces!
